I called Icon customer service and the hold time was horrendous ! And the 4 agents I spoke to were extremely rude! They told me they will not honor the warranty of the item I have that has a lifetime warranty! THIS COMPANY IS VERY DISHONEST!!!

I bought a door gym three months ago . (Less than 90 days, within warranty) at my local walmart . Yesterday as i was performing my second set of pullups the mechanism over the door fram snapped while i was in mid air . I leaned back out of sheer panic and fell straight onto my neck and back... and these *** wanna send me another because i dont have my reciept... smfh .

icon's Pro-form brand did not properly complete a refund transfer to Fortiva financial Andrew i have spend numerous hours trying to resolve the issue. On top of that, the original merchandise was defective. I will not purchase from any Icon Fitness brand: Pro-firm, Nordictrac, etc.
