I originally Ordered From the icon sales rep on November 24th being told that if I ordered that day I would have my 2 units within 2 weeks. I ordered the X22I and the fs9i.

For the month of December, Neither unit could be found and whenever I call the shipping company or Icon, no one was able to help. I got the run around many many times. Finally the shipping company said that the units were found and would be delivered and we set up a delivery date, with my wife taking off from work, and no 1 showed. On the 2nd delivery date that was set up, same thing, wife took off from work and no 1 showed.

A 3rd appointment was set and one unit was delivered and even though I have paid for white glove delivery, the machine was dropped off in my kitchen with no explanation as to when it would be moved to its proper location and set up nor where my other machine was. My wife and I drag the machine into the basement and set it up ourselves and as of January 20th, I still do not have the fs9i nor Any information about when it will be delivered. I think I'm going to cancel that machine and get something from another company.

Aside from that, I paid for the family membership of the I fit coach and im unable to get additional accounts linked without having to pay again and cannot get an explanation from Icon or the I fit coach team. I am a very very upset customer and will not be doing business with icon in the future.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Just an update, I ended up canceling that 2nd machine and was promised a refund by icon. That is the last I heard from icon and still have not received my full refund over a month later.

I have been trying to contact customer service who transfers me to billing and billing is always either in meetings or at lunch or unable to get touch with. Please be weary of dealing with this company
